poached or roasted diced chicken
finely sliced spring onions or finely diced red onion
diced sweet red peppers
diced green peppers
finely sliced celery
for the sauce : 2/3 sour cream, 1/3 mayonnaise, mustard (Dijon or English), salt & pepper
